Spending so much time working can very easily make a hooman feel unworthy and down. Your boss breathing down your neck, the constant comments about the 'quality of your work' and your 'dedication to the office' are backbreaking and there is only so far that you can carry them, especially when it feels as though you are expected to be a pawfect working machine. But we wanted to take a moment to remind you that even our animal buddies who have gone through millions of years of evolution to pawfect themselves for the roles they play in nature, still have some derpy and inept moments in their lives.

So we invite you to put your weight down at the start of this list and let yourself enjoy the hilarious animals who have lined up to remind you that it is ok to be less than perfect and that you are still valid and still matter, even if you do not feel your best.

  • Australia in general seems to do strange things to animals. On average, making them ten times as terrifying as their cousins from around the globe. Whether it is their birds which look like the dinosaurs of old, or the crocodiles frequenting their waterways that actually are dinosaurs of old, or apparently their house cats which have adapted to the animals inhabiting their home, which are mainly spiders.

  • Being a ‘good boy’ is quite the complex topic. For on the one hand to be a good boy is to love your pawrents, be playful and to do as you are told. But when your job is to be a good fur baby and a good police dog, there will be more than one or two times in your life when the wires get crossed, and you forget which kind of good boy you are meant to be in that particular moment.
